Chamber’s advocacy team gears up for third annual DC Fly-In trip, to focus on post-election shifts

Advocacy, Policy Positions, Press Release,

We are bringing the PNW to the DMV this December, as our most-active advocacy members will be joining the Chamber crew in D.C. for our third annual Fly-In trip from the 3rd through 6th.

Last year our cohort met with Rep. Adam Smith, Rep. Rick Larsen, Rep. Suzan DelBene, Rep. Kim Schrier, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Sen. Patty Murray, and Sen. Maria Cantwell, as well as the U.S. Chamber, the Department of Commerce, and the White House Administration.

(Miss out? Get in on the fun for this year, but make it snappy. Our room block is unfortunately already full, but you can still benefit from flight discounts and our jam-packed itinerary, nonetheless.)

This year, we will have a similar-but-refreshed lineup of policy briefings and forecasts from our elected officials and commissions, with a focus on the recent election and the implications we should expect at the federal level. Confirmed attendees thus far range from City of Bellevue officials to nonprofit leaders, tech reps, educators, and the like.

If you want to come along to D.C. with us from December 3-6, let Jodie know ASAP to make sure we have enough room.
