Surprise, surprise: We have some new board members! Get to know them each below. 

David Winokur - Chief Administrative Officer, Overlake Hospital Medical Center


David joined Overlake in 2014, and prior to being named Chief Administrative Officer, served as Overlake's Medical Imaging and Cardiovascular Service Line Director and Medical Imaging and Invasive Cardiology Director. Before this, he held a number of leadership positions with Sentara Healthcare, including Director, Radiology and Ambulatory Care Services, as well as Director of Patient Access and Patient Relations.

Eileen Days - Senior Vice President, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management


Co-founder of Chan Days Wealth Management, a mother-daughter Merrill Lynch Wealth Management team headquartered in Bellevue, Eileen and her team provide tailored financial strategies, in-depth advice and guidance, and dedicated service to executives, medical professionals, and privately-held business owners. She has been with Merill Lynch since 2008, and throughout her tenue with the firm, has taken on leadership responsibilities including previously serving as Sales Manager of the Evergreen Market, and as Resident Director of the Federal Way office.

Juliana Roe - Senior State Legislative Affairs Manager, T-Mobile


An experienced legal policy and legislative advisor, Juliana has developed a reputation for fearlessly pushing for positive change through legislation while navigating complex laws in several high-value and diverse matters — ranging from K-12 education, tax and revenue, eminent domain, to other large-scale social and business matters. She has served as a practicing attorney and as legal counsel to the Washington State Senate, as well as the Chief Justice of the Washington State Supreme Court. 

Meet Juliana


Kelly Hulin - Director of Advertising Sales, The Seattle Times


With experience on both the media buying and selling side of the equation, Kelly brings great strategic insight into the world of digital advertising. After beginning her media career in Southern California, she moved to Washington in 1994 and started work as Marketing Manager of The Daily Herald Company of Everett. Her role then expanded to Director of Interactive Media and Marketing, and she eventually joined The Seattle Times in the role of Digital Sales Manager. 


Meet Kelly


Megan Ouellette - Vice President of Public and Government Affairs, Alaska Airlines


As vice president of public and government affairs, Megan leads Alaska Airlines’ governmental strategy and community relations initiatives. A 20-year industry veteran, she previously served as managing director of government and community affairs at Alaska, joining the company in 2005 as its director of government affairs in the airlines’ Washington, D.C., office. Before this, she worked in the U.S. Congress, managing air transportation and homeland security issues.
