Candidate interviews now underway for Chamber PAC, the Eastside Business Alliance
The Eastside Business Alliance has been busy this election cycle, gearing up to meet with local candidates and hear how their campaigns are going. Interviews with Bellevue City Council candidates are currently underway, and upon completion, the EBA will decide which races warrant a public endorsement.
What is the EBA?
A political action committee (PAC) created to promote job creation and livability on the Eastside, the EBA provides direct and indirect support to its endorsed candidates.
Who is part of the EBA?
Formerly chaired by Sonja Forster, Seattle District Manager for the Associated General Contractors of Washington, EBA members include leaders in tech, development, real estate, banking, and more. Meet our Board of Trustees here.
What does the EBA do?
EBA's focus is local nonpartisan races on the Eastside. We interview and rate scores of candidates for local office, conduct polling, raise funds, do direct voter outreach, and help build a bench of smart, community-minded individuals to serve our community now and into the future. EBA is also an information hub for business-minded voters, culminating in our Eastside Race Tracker, and once candidate interviews are complete, an exclusive Voter Guide.
