Professional Bio
Pamela Baade is a Vice President at PNC Bank and serves as the Director of Client and Community Relations for Washington State. In this role, she is responsible for enhancing PNC’s involvement in community relations to support PNC’s growth and expansion in Washington State. Pamela oversees the market’s sponsorships, investments and events, manages philanthropy and grant making and directs internal and external communications.
Pamela’s 30+ years’ experience in philanthropy, employee engagement and implementing corporate citizenship programs includes 11 years working in the cruise industry leading charitable initiatives and partnerships for Holland America Line and Seabourn and 20 years managing education partnerships and volunteer programs with the Weyerhaeuser Company Foundation.
Pamela’s experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of the Point Defiance Zoo and Washington Business Week. She is passionate about her community and involved in numerous nonprofits over the years including Plymouth Housing, Seattle Aquarium, and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital Foundation. Pamela is currently a member of the International Women’s Forum.
