Tuesday, December 3, 2024 to Friday, December 6, 2024

Washington, D.C.

Event Details

Policy fanatics: The Chamber is going to D.C.

Join Vice President of Government Affairs Jodie Alberts and regional business leaders for the Chamber's 3rd Annual Fly-in to the other Washington. This signature advocacy trip provides business and community leaders with exclusive access to members of Congress, executive branch policymakers, and other stakeholders leading federal affairs in our nation's capital. Attendees will also network with other business community members through an annual joint DC reception with the Association of Washington Business, among other events.

Attendees will use December 3rd and 6th as travel days, with meetings and activities held all day on the 4th and 5th. Hotel accommodations can be booked through the Chamber (select Premier Package), and all meetings and meals will be planned well in advance of arrival. Flights are not included, but we will provide preferred flight options to consider in your travels.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How many registrations are available for the fly-in? There are 25 spots available. This will allow for productive conversations with the Washington delegation and federal agencies to effectively advocate on behalf of the Bellevue business community.

What is covered by the registration fee? The fee covers a private group dinner, a reception, four meals, meeting rooms, and transportation to and from meetings.

Can I fly-in earlier, stay later using the flight discount? Yes. Flights using the Alaska Airlines 10% discount code can arrive and depart between December 2nd and December 12th. The discount code applies to airports DCA (DC), IAD (VA), and BWI (MD). You will receive this code via e-mail upon registering.

Where are we staying? The hotel room block is currently being confirmed. More details to come.

What is acceptable attire for meetings and the reception? We suggest business attire for all meetings and events. Washington, DC can be frigid in December, so bring warm, layered clothing.
