The season of love is upon us! And, what better way to show someone you love them than to indulge their sweet tooth. Whether you share the class experience with loved ones, aim to create your own chocolate coated gifts, or simply want to treat yourself (as you should!) the only requirement for this class is a deep love for chocolate.
In this hands-on class you will learn the art of making decadent chocolate truffles. Our Chef Instructor will guide you step-by-step in the process of making Dark, Milk, and White Chocolate Truffles. Let your creativity flow by catering your truffled chocolate treasures to your favorite flavors and fillings (like nuts and liquor) for a little extra excitement!
Guests will work in teams to create each recipe. No experience is required!
We provide all the equipment and ingredients which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. Class is designed to be just as fun for the culinary enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step, as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. 21+ only
