2. Loan Forgiveness
The SBA has issued guidance allowing borrowers to claim forgiveness of their Paycheck Protection Program loans. The SBA’s Loan Forgiveness Application provides detailed instructions for borrowers and the calculation of PPP loan forgiveness. Loans are supposed to be forgivable if at least 75% of the proceeds go toward payroll. Amounts that aren’t forgiven must be repaid in two years at a rate of 1%.
3. The Rise of Unemployment Fraud
Washington State's unemployment system has been overwhelmed by claims, and fraudsters have been taking advantage by filing fake claims using other people's names and information to siphon a portion of the benefits. Scammers have bled off $1.6 million in benefits between March and April, and that number may rise.

Delivery Express donated their delivery services to pick up the candy donated by See's Candies and delivered to Jubilee REACH for them to distribute to mothers and grandmothers.
