US News & World Report released their state rankings this morning. Washington was on top, followed by New Hampshire, Minnesota, and Utah. Washington ranked in the top five on economy, infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
2. Up, Up and Away
The City of Bellevue has launched its
new development map. It is now easier to track the city’s explosive growth in construction. Join us at the Public Affairs Council June 13 as Gary Guenther with Kidder Mathews walks us through the changing cityscape of Bellevue and the specific development projects in our future.
3. Bike Lanes
Bellevue is expanding bike lane construction along 108th and Main Street. The Chamber recently asked the Council to consider how the efficacy of these new bike facilities will be measured as well as their impacts on transit and vehicle traffic.
