3. I-405 Access Study
The city of Bellevue and the Washington State Department of Transportation are partnering to study a new interchange to access I-405 in south downtown. Community input is sought on preliminary interchange alternatives, including a “no build” option, that would lessen traffic congestion on I-405 and improve access to south downtown.

5. PPP Extension
Small businesses have until August 8 to apply for a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program. As of July 31, the SBA said it still has $130 billion left to lend. These loans can be a great help to small businesses, but it's important to understand the requirements, follow the spending rules, and stay on top of any changes.
