Transportation
There are a number of local and state agencies working to improve transportation and commuting options in Bellevue and across the state.
  • Metro is the public transit agency serving King County.  Find information on bus routes, timetables and ridesharing to make your employees’ commute more enjoyable.
  • Sound Transit is the regional transit authority and was created by the state legislature to build a mass transit system that connects major regional job and housing centers in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties including regional express buses, commuter rail and light rail.
  • The Washington State Department of Transportation website provides local and statewide traffic, road condition and travel alert information to help make your commute or cross-state trip simpler and more pleasant.  Bellevue and Seattle area traffic maps and cameras can also be found on the site.
  • The Washington State Ferries site provides information on the cross-Puget Sound transportation system, including schedules and fees.
  • For local, national and international air travel and cargo services, the SeaTac International Airport is just minutes away from Bellevue
