The Bellevue Economic Partnership (BEP) is a partnership between the City of Bellevue, the Bellevue Downtown Association, Meydenbauer Center, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and other corporate citizens with a focus on maintaining the economic vitality of Bellevue and the Eastside. Mission The mission of the BEP is to promote, support and enhance the economic environment to attract business, visitors and talent to Bellevue and to create and expand jobs. Committees To accomplish the goals and achieve the mission, the Bellevue Economic Partnership is structured in the following three committees, each of which meets monthly at the Bellevue Chamber offices and may have one or more ongoing task forces or projects. BEP Welcome/Retention Committee: Basic mission is to welcome new businesses to Bellevue and to work to retain businesses in Bellevue. The committee meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM. BEP Marketing Committee: Basic mission is to market the "Bellevue Advantage" to businesses, visitors and talent based on the specific needs of the Eastside’s businesses. The committee meets the third Thursday of every month from 9:00 - 10:30 AM. BEP Data & Information Committee: Basic mission is to source, collect and maintain relevant economic data and information, connections to other data and information and other information and resources that support the BEP mission and goals and make them accessible to the committees, partners and the business community. This committee meets the second Thursday of every month from 3:00 - 4:30 PM.
